SpringHill Suites by Marriott St. Petersburg Clearwater

From the moment I made our reservation, Latonya was friendly, professional and attentive to our special needs. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with a great variety to choose from. It was clear that guest satisfaction is a priority to all of the staff at Springhill Suites. This was a fantastic experience, we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, outstanding service and a great location.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay thanks to the outstanding team here. Latonya, the guest service supervisor, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us. She was friendly, professional, and such a wonderful example of excellent leadership. Her high standards are clearly reflected in her staff. Naima and ShaQuanda were both so welcoming and kind, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They brightened our day. A special thank you to GiGi, the housekeeping manager, who exceeded our expectations when we had a special request. She works incredibly hard, and her kindness really stood out and meant a lot to us. We look forward to staying here again in the future as the warmth and professionalism of the staff made our stay a wonderful experience.

Friendly staff. Hotel is slightly aged. Could use an update to the rooms in the near future. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was always out of milk and peanut butter and odd things. Lady that was hosting breakfast had a dull attitude. Everyone else was very pleasant and helpful. This was my observation after staying 7 nights

Latonya was amazing. She made my son's 15th birthday wish extra special with her attention to detail and excellent hospitality. Thank you for all you did during our stay.

Rooms were nice size and comfortable. Hot tub was not functioning and there was no notice at check-in nor on site (bit of a surprise on the first step in).

Look, unless a hotel is gross I’m not gonna review it unless they have stellar staff. Well this hotel isn’t gross - it’s exactly as expected - but they DO have stellar staff! I wish I knew all their names but the ladies at the front desk are great and super helpful and Gigi, the housekeeping supervisor, is so kind. But I have to shout out Latonya, she is so friendly and helpful, caring and will go out of her way to help a guest at any time. In fact it kinda seems like she runs the whole place, here’s my vote for Latonya as general manager!

Older hotel but very decent. Bathroom caulk lines were fresh and updated, so that was nice. There customer service was excellent, management went above and beyond to help me celebrate my wedding anniversary and have great setup for my wife. Staff members/cleaning crew were excellent. Keep up the great work and service to the customer, and continue to smile. It's makes a difference. Thank you again for an excellent 3 day stay.

I really liked that the AC got really cold and the bed was comfortable but the shower had a little trouble draining and the didnt fully pressurize. I did have to call into their provider to get my internet working. The location was stellar as it was near a bunch of places including a chick fil a. I would stay again as I dont assume these are normal issues. Breakfast was as expected and the people were nice and accommodating
